Getting ready for a photoshoot on the big 60 Birthday.

I can tell you I have NOT seen a decrease in my 

strength
speed
sports performance ( tennis- sprints- etc)

I have seen a difference in 

flexibility -  I need to do more stretching
sleep -   need a little bit more of it

Other than that it is business as usual.    I intend to be more focused this year too!

Young athletes need to start training at earlier ages these days! 

That means lifting light weights,  doing agility drills, and  working on flexibility.  Eye to hand coordination drills can be started as early as 5 years old with balls drills both catching and throwing

All children can develop eye to hand coordination if they work on it.  Some will need to more than others but that just means you need to spend more time working on it
