Carmen and Parker getting a jiu jitsu workout on 02/15/14
Carmen has greatly improved in the last two weeks - she is tough They both did jiu jitsu for 45 minutes tonight and jump rope pushups 23lb dumbbells Lots of sweat and muscle building
